• Legislative Update     2024 List of Legislation and Mega-Budget Items

• Stakeholders are still waiting for an announcement for the three managed care organizations (MCOs) that will be offered a Kancare contract.  The announcement had been expected Friday, April 19.
• A motion has been made in the Kansas Senate to attempt to pull the Medicaid Expansion Legislation out of committee and force a debate in the full Senate.  
• The Legislature returns from break on April 25.
